We enjoyed every touch point with Wind River on our journey to new spa ownership. The website made it easy and transparent to design & price our dream spa online. Our experience with Rick in the showroom was fantastic and gave us the assured confidence to finalize our purchase. It only took 3 weeks for our new hot tub to be custom built and delivered. Wind River effectively kept us in the loop every step of the way. We appreciated the in-person visit to our home to ensure our site was 100% ready for installation. And the recommended electrician was super. The delivery crew was prompt and careful. They spent extra time educating us on all the important details of spa ownership. Last, but not least, we love the end product: perfect size & layout, quiet jet pumps, clean smelling water (no harsh chemicals), intuitive to operate and looks fantastic.  Thanks Wind River for a great spa experience!

Choosing our hot tub was a great experience. We wanted a local business to support and in case of any future possible maintenance issues. The delivery crew were AWSOME! Friendly, careful and problem solving. From beginning to end, the process was seamless!

Jeff & I are very happy with our new Hot Tub! From the minute we walked into your store to the delivery, it was all seamless! Your crew were not only on time- they were actually early- and offered to assist us in any way (we had to remove the panels from our dog run so they could get the tub through it, and they offered to help us move our big igloo dog house! They were professional & courteous & worked with us to get the tub placed on the pad perfectly! We bought our first Wind River spa in 2004 & since it was time for us to upgrade, we knew we'd come back to Wind River!!!

After researching every hot tub manufacturer, distributor and supplier on the area. We are very happy to have chosen Wind River Spas. From the moment that Zach picked up our phone call we felt taken cared, their patience and professionalism to all our questions were answered very thorough and covered all our doubts. When it was time to decide we felt like making the right choice. The team came to the house and worked with us the delivery which was tricky because we wanted our tub down in our property. Wind River delivered and set up our tub last week where we live on a mountain lot. The crew, led by Dominic, was so synchronized and efficient that it was amazing watching them. They off-loaded the spa on its side on a sled to drag up our flagstone walkway. They took such great care to roll out an extremely long runner to protect the stone. The crew looked like they were moving stones for the pyramids in Egypt. Slowly and carefully, they pushed/pulled the spa on its sled (avoiding using a crane) up to its resting place on the upslope deck on our house. Once positioned, they slowly let it down. Immediately, the crew went into a fast break with each member doing what they were trained to do to set up the tub and then check out the entire system for me. I was so impressed with the professionalism of the crew and the quality of the tub. We are so happy that it arrived just before the snow up here. BTW, I am unrelated to WR and was provided no incentive or remuneration to write this review. Simply, WR is the best spa manufacturer here in CO.
